The cost of taking your driving theory test could fall by as much as 25% later this year under a DVSA review of theory test fees.
The review is a small part of the government’s commitment to reducing the cost of motoring for families. Under this initiative they also intend to crackdown on whiplash fraud, freeze MOT prices and bring the price of fuel at motorway services in line with the price paid in towns and cities.
The reduction in the driving theory test charge could see the price fall from £31 to £25, with a further drop of £2 in 2015.
